HOW TO USE:
1. Place
the trays on each dental arch and dab them to ensure that the whitening gel is
in contact with the internal and external teeth surfaces
2. Close
your mouth carefully and leave on for 10 minutes
3. Remove the trays and rinse your mouth with
water to remove the residual gel
